Anxiety Help - Anxiety & Depression from Using a PC

Anxiety & Depression from Using a PC

After using my desktop PC, I seem to have feelings of anxiety and depression. I might add this is not through fear of technology or being unable to operate a computer.

Does anyone else suffer this condition and if so how did they overcome it?

Having been an IT trainer and now retrained in holistic therapy, what you are describing is a reaction to the 'vibes' of the computer (without getting too technical!).

Anxiety Help - Anxiety Attacks From Crossing Feet

Anxiety Attacks From Crossing Feet

Why do I have high anxiety when I cross my feet?

Am I crazy or is this a known condition?

There is a series of veins and nerves, which run down your leg and spread out over the top of your foot. You may be putting pressure on those veins and nerves, and this could be impeding your circulation which can lead to other more uncomfortable feelings.

Anxiety Help - Can Environment be a Cause of Anxiety?

Can Environment be a Cause of Anxiety?

I totally agree that environment can cause anxiety.

My opinion is that people are very good at screwing up everything they come into contact with. Nature is perfection itself; unspoiled by our imperfection.

Being constantly reminded of our imperfection by all the concrete, aluminum, and buzzing electricity only aggravates our anxiety.

Anxiety Help - Can Anxiety Attacks Affect Menstrual Cycle?

Can Anxiety Attacks Affect Menstrual Cycle?

I went through a really bad break-up and during that time, which was two weeks ago. I had anxiety attacks. I'm having PMS symptoms, sore breasts and all but I'm three days late and I know I cant be pregnant.

Absolutely, anxiety attacks can affect the menstrual cycle.

However, if you did have sex any time within the time of your last period until now, get a pregnancy test; because unless you used a condom, etc and it didn't break, there's a chance you can be pregnant.

Will my anxiety attacks cause me to be discharged from military service?

I do believe it is possible to stay in the army with anxiety attacks depending on what your MOS or CMF is.

However, if you are a supply specialist, or a quartermaster or something of that nature, you may be able to get a waiver for your anxiety attacks.
