I get anxiety attacks when visiting the dentist and it feels like my chest is squished. Do you have any tips to relieve the anxiety?
Yes, phone ahead if you can or have someone do it for you and explain that you get anxiety attacks.
Also request they give you nitrous; it can help a lot as well if they have it. If they don't, consider switching to someone who does.
