Muscle Clenching from Stress and Anxiety

Is muscle clenching part of anxiety? I find myself clenching my muscles at times throughout the day, even if I am not having anxious thoughts.

I also stop breathing at times (for only a few moments) and realize this and take a breath, or I clench my fists around things when I�m holding them.
